this is very frustrating!! Some time ago I attempted to open an account choosing 'business' type in error. It should have been a personal (sole trader) account ordering simple stuff online. Paypal would not allow me to delete the account nor change the account type to "personal". Since then I opened a personal account but Paypal would not allow me to add a card although no card was added to th efirst bsiness account. Many things are being held up and I may soon lose some funds i have online. This is very hard on me as I have been trying for months to conclude a paypal set up. I may have to choose another option if this continues like this. Woodyj
