fees for large transfers

I'm wondering if there are any fees for extremely large transfers, or if they are free no matter the amount?

If you are withdrawing money to your bank account - no fees.

If you are transferring money to your PayPal Account Balance from your bank account - no fees.

If you are doing a cross border transfer - fees may apply ??

If you are doing a currency conversion - fees may apply ??

Bottom line we're just guessing here at what you have in mind.
