I sold a limited edition bag on ebay, and ship it. Tracking number shows delivered, but the buyer opened a case saying that he/she never got the bag. I asked ebay to step in, and the case was close in my favor, which means I don't need to refund the buyer. But when I check my paypal account. that transaction shows refunded. In this case, is it ebay I should contact or paypal? I called paypal customer service, but they said they have tech difficulties, and the call just ended. I just wanna figure out if I got the money. I have too many transactions, so I can't check it one by one.
