Ordered from ebay. Ebay then wrote and cancelled the order due to seller account problem. Paypal has the pending charge for no order. Seller will not respond to remove the pending charge for the non-order. Ebay says it cannot help and in fact does not show there ever was an order in its system on my account. Paypal holds my money for nothing since there cannot be anything owed on a non-existent order. I owe nothing. Because of ebay cancelling, not me cancelling, Paypal needs to clear this and change its policy when the buyer had nothing to do with the non-order situation. Please do not suggest I call Paypal or suggest I email paypal when their policy is to hold the money for a minimum of 21 days.
Anyone ever find a way through this hold?
