Hi, we got more and more fraud in our Shop. Mainly customers from Belgium or France.
They are trying to pay with Paypal and Paypal accept its always, but regrets it after weeks. Which is totally **bleep**, because the product is already delivered, the customer has the product, we don't have the money and Paypal doesn't care at all.
Mostly the phone number is fake and the email address is not responding.
So, is it possible to block an email address for payment. So if he does it the first time, ok, it is lost, but he can't pay anymore with this account in our shop. We don't have the time to check every order every day if he orders again, to another address, but still with the same Paypal account.
