denied claim for unused shipping label

My claim was denied - how can I get a refund for a shipping label taht was not used?

Forgot ti mention that I  din'nt see the 2 day time frame to cancel - this happened over a week ago as I was waiting for paypal to reply thanks

It is not Paypal which denies your claim,it is good old USPS,go to it site to learn more.
