If you ever believe that someone has access your account without authorization, please contact our customer support by phone or email as soon as possible. Also, you would need to change your password and security question. By contacting us directly, we can verify that you are the account owner and make any changes necessary to put your account back in good standing. Even if the person opens a line of credit or a loan, we can resolve it for you. Very often, our security system will restrict the account until the account owner can take action. This may mean that we ask for things like a passport or a card statement to verify the address. Any other information we need would be listed in the Resolution Center.
