paypal closed my account because i didnt pass the security check because i didnt change my name when i got married and license and id do not match name. I had a bank transfer in progress to add money to the account. Needless to say it failed and not paypal says i owe them money.. Why ? They closed my account and the transfer was cancelled. I want to use paypal again but they wont let me why?
