checking account charged from Pay Pal, but item is not on Pay Pal statement.

Is there no way to actually be able to contact Paypal?  My checking account statement shows a debit of 8.09 from PayPal with a merchant I do not

recognize, It shows merchant name as D2 F2 INC.  I do not know what this is for ,but when I look on my Pay Pal statement, it does not appear.   None of your help suggestions fit my problem.

Mine was charged 59.95 from Paypal pennzonidis, but wasn’t on my PayPal statement and I have no ideal what that is and haven’t made any purchases in that amount.
