can i canceled my paypal payment?

I booked agoda hotel service via paypal (my wells fargo bank account)

I got hotel voucher after reservation and i came up my account was closed already.

I signed up paypal when i lived in the usa and last year i came to korea,

My reservation might not be able to success so, what should i do in this situation?

I want to pay via another credit card if you can help to cancel this paypal payment.

You have 2 options:

Contact the hotel and ask for a refund separate from PayPal.

Make a phone call to PayPal customer service and ask for help.
