Hello,
My account has been limited for not reasons (nothing new in the Paypal community) and I provided everything they asked for but the account remain limited. But, I received 3 weeks ago an email saying: "Your PayPal Funds are Eligible for Withdrawal". My Balance is over $2,500, so that email made me happy, buy I realized that none of my bank accounts or cards in my Paypal account are valid. All of them were changed with my bank in the mean time due to some internal problems, so, basically there is no valid card eligible to receive instant payment and there is no valid bank account in my PayPal account. I have tried to add a new bank account but I got an error saying that I should try later. I know that is not just an error but is the restriction to add bank account while the account is limited.
So, what my options are? Any help will be much appreciated.
