Hello respected,
We dont know about paypal payment process.
and now we are goint to be deal with Thailand company, they prefer Paypal as payment mode.
so we want to know how the exaclty transaction been executed.
we are only worry about if we had fraud or cheat by seller then how we can claim money and to whom ?
is their any provision in paypal that once we confirm product and qualiality as per our purchase order then we confirm to paypal and paypal can send money to the seller. ?
please guid us with the same.
