Hi,
I recently had a call from paypal telling me that they were going to be putting rolling reserves on my account of something like 15% on all transactions for 60 days. That is fine.
At the start however, withheld 3,000 on my account which I cannot access - I have called paypal several times however the team I am getting through to, someone in india I think does not help me, at all.
I have been hung up on about 8 times now - they cannot answer a simple question. That question is "when will the initial 3,000 that you held be released to me" - we are a small company and we need access to our funds, or at least be able to find out when they will be released.
Can anyone help me with this?
