Withdraw money from paypal to credit card without bank account?

Hey.. 

im from Jordan so I don’t have a US bank account obviously.. 

how can I Withdraw money from paypal to my credit card without bank account, I don’t have a bank account in my country too.. 

i tried to click on “withdraw funds” but it tells me that i should enter a bank account!! 

Any help please..
