Will PayPal warn me before charging me fees?

I want to send money to my friends PayPal account and let's say there is a fee. Will PayPal tell me that there is a fee and like how much? Thx

I think Paypal would show you how much your recipient will be receiving,thus telling you in advance how much is fee .

there would be processing fee if you use a card,curreny conversion fee,you can go to website and look up fees.

It varies by country.
