It’s funny, I have the same problem a lot of people have been having. PayPal credit won’t let me purchase anything with my credit limit, I have called and I was told to add my bank account and give it a try. Which of course it didn’t, then I was told well just use your bank account so we can track your spending and then your credit line will start to be opened up to be used. I was told it was a security problem, well I call bs it’s the bank they are using as a financial backer for the credit line. It’s not a PayPal problem, they are controlling everything. I have a friend who got PayPal credit and hasn’t had one problem buying anything. I haven’t had any problem getting a credit line, I just did it cause it sounds nice to have a credit line I could only use online and get 6 months no interest. All in all, sounds like they just want to sell you info off to the highest bidder
