Why won't my PayPal account charge my bank account, when my bank account is linked and confirmed?

You're not the only one having the problem. My paypal is now over drawn because it refuses to use from my bank account, which is linked and confirmed. I don't want to have to pay a cash advanced fee to fix an issue caused on their end.

i'm having the same problem. I put a post about it onhere today and can't find it. Got a past due, even though I have several accounts linked ot paypal.

I think I figured it out. 

The charges from one site went to Pay Pal Credit, not Paypal, which is like a monthly charge account, with statements etc.

The solution is to go to PayPal Credit and set up autopay, which is not easy to find, but I finally found it.
