My Mom sent me money and I was charged on the back-end, as in I received less than she sent. The transaction does not explain the fee charged at all, it only lists it. How can I get more information on this?

Hi @harganon,
I appreciate you reaching out to us about the fee. It could be that the payment was sent as goods and services as there is no fee for personal payments sent with a bank account or PayPal balance. More information about payment types can be found here.
