"PayPal gateway has rejected request. This transaction couldn't be completed."--I added a Visa gift card to my PayPal and attempted to use it on a clothing order, but PayPal declined my card. I know that I have enough money in the account to make this purchase. The order itself is in $USD, and I am ordering off of an Australian ($AU) website. Is the money conversion an issue? If not, how/why is this happening?
