Why don't transactions show the name/address/phone/email of the person I sent a payment to?

This makes me madder than a wet hen!  I send money to people but have NO RECORD OF WHO THAT ACTUAL PERSON IS OR ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THEM!

That stinks of something nasty, and I'm going to ask the Texas AG if that is even legal!

What are you hiding, PayPal?  The seller gets my information, and I want theirs

or I'll just close my account after being with PayPal since the beginning.  You won't miss me, and I won't miss spending so much money!

all it takes is the seller Paypal email address to send payment.

if you need more from the seller, ask the seller or the venue where he is registered.
