Why do I have not the Family / friends payments possibility in my account?

Hi,

I cant send money to family anymore. I have not this option in my paypal account. There is only online purchase or payment for goods/services. Is this option still offering by paypal?

Thanks for visiting the PayPal Community Help Forum! I can certainly understand how not having the Friends and Family option for payments would be concerning and I'm happy to help!

We are aware of an issue where the Friends and Family payment option is not showing available when it should be. We are investigating the matter and actively working to resolve the problem!

Hopefully it won't be too long before everything is squared away! Thanks for your patience in the meantime!
