Who excepts pay when deliever

Am trying to use this feature and it's activated but not taking when I hit the PayPal button

Paypal offer it, its not always offered and you can only use it when it is.

But what stores except it do ya know. My thing is active but having trouble

Nothing to do with the stores. The merchant / seller does not even know you are using that option.

They still get credited the funds in advance as no seller would send an item before being paid.

All it is is paypal 'offer' you an interest free loan for 10 days in which time your item 'should' have arrived.

It offers you no more buyer protection just a bit longer before you have to pay.
