Where is the inbox for paypal business account!??

HELP! I can't find it!

I've tried some solutions but they don't work!

Everytime I click a paypal inbox link it just directs me to my summary.

Also: Whenever I try to send a payment to one of my friends it just directs me to a page and says "Sorry we can't confirm it's you"
