Where is the 131 dollars i payed to PAYPAL credit?

I payed $131 Dollars to Paypal Credit in July from myn paypal balance, my Paypal account confirms that payment was made , but it is not showing up on the August Paypal Credit statement statements.

Where  is the payment?
