Where do I go in order to establish a Paypal page that accepts monies from individuals in a Pool.

 I can't seem to locate the correct tabs that helps me establish a Paypal page that takes set payments (not donations) adding up to a specific amount of money. Anyone with any insight on how to establish such a page?
