What is chargeback reason code 04?

I have a dispute but it says Chargeback reason code 04. What does that mean?

A chargeback is not a paypal dispute, it is done directly via a buyers c.c. company IF they funded their paypal payment via a c.c.

The c.c. company make any decisions and not paypal. However paypal will put forward any defence if thats the right word on your behalf.

If you lose then you pay the c.c companies processing fee as well.

Thanks. But do you know what this chargeback code 04 stands for ?  OR is there another place in the community where i can find the list of reason codes?
