Wow, who's in charge of the interface?  It says it is pending but then says it is completed.  Then it tells you not to ship in such a low key way.  You can't if the buyer told you to hold off on shipping or PayPal.  No cancel button.

And yes, the PayPal image thingy is ill-programmed.
