My account was authorized for an automatic subscription that Ive been trying to cancel but had no success until AFTER it forced my account negative. So I go to put money on it to balance it out and it keeps saying that Paypal can't do it...Its not denying my card...its saying it can't complete my request. Trying not to get frustrated but its like every time I need to do something theres an issue. Help!
