When I set PP up on my home computer, then download the mobile app on my IPAD Air, does the information transfer, i.e. items for sale

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but anything that's on your home computer will be on your app, as they're connected to the same PayPal account and house the same information. I hope this helps!
