Using a Prezzy Card to convert the balance to cash

I've got a $100 prezzy card but I'd prefer to cash it out. This consumer website doesn't spell it out, but I believe you can pay for a cash transfer using the prezzy card, so I basically get the $100 less paypay fees. Anyone done this, and got a link of a step-by-step?

Has anyone done this, and if yes, please advise how do I do it too ? as I have prezzy card that I would like to cash out, but don't know how.
