Sold an item on Ebay. Used Paypal for payment. I used the 25 cent option to receive payment. Got a notice that they could not complete the transaction because of "issues" received my payment 24 hours later. They still charged me the 25 cents. It's not the money but the principal. Why would they charge me 25 cents even though I ended up getting my money 24 hours later?
Every single one of my transfers to my banks are being delayed. Every single one. I've got 3 tansfers delyed at the moment. And I paid the 25 cents to transfer to bank vis debit card, too. I'm mad as the blazes abut this.
