Unknown card charges from paypal?

Mystery charges from Paypal showing up on my bank statement. What are this? I do have paypal account, bit neither this card nor account are linked to it!

Why did I get charged? And is this really Paypal or is a fraud and should I be cancelling my card? Hopefully not...

call customer service to check if your card or your bank had been link to your paypal account . because what youhave is for confirming your bank.
