What's going on? Anyone know about google play being charged thru paypal without being authorized?? I never have google play or don't even know what google play is. Is this scam or fraud or what? I'm being charged $19.99 for google play. I don't even have money on paypal or money in my bank. It better not go thru my bank. Please help me what I need to do. Thank you.
