Unauthorized Transactions

Hi! MiPaypal account was hacked on october 25, 2016. Friday evening I noticed that there was something wrong. I had twelve (12) unauthorized transactions on my account. Every unauthorized transaction had an Israel address on it. By that evening thay already had $346.00 dollars charged to my account and there were still $593.58 dollars awaiting approval from the bank. My bank was able to stop the payment of five unathorized transactions wish total $346.00 dollars and locked my account. The other seven (7) unauthorized transactions for the amount of $593.58 did not go thru because the account was locked. I called Paypal and got an answering machine stating that if it was related to fraud to go to the website and use the resolution center to address the problem. I went to the website and everytime I tried to get into the resolution center this is what I get:

  Gateway Timeout

The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

I called Paypal again got the same response. I used the message section on Paypal website and send fourteen (14) messages, twelve (12) of them with all the information about the unauthorized transactions. Got an automatic response saying they received my messages and that's all I got back from Paypal.  After reading a post from this community I decided to send a message via facebook messenger this what I got from that:

 

Hi! I have been trying to get into the resolution center, to inform about twelve unauthorized transactions, but it times out and I can't finish the process. Someone hack my account and they bought almost $600.00 dollars. I tried calling you and it did not work, I tried the resolution center and it did not work and went as far as sending twelve messages with the transactions numbers and I did not get no reply, Actually I got and email saying thanks for contacting us. I log in today and I received this message:

 

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

Nov 2, 2016: Your bank let us know that you didn't authorize some recent money transfers between your PayPal and bank accounts.

 

(Your case ID for this reason is PP-005-228-940-339.)

 

I tried again to go to the resolution center but it times out. It needs to be fix.

I do not owe that money because I did not buy anything. I'm in Puerto Rico and the items got ship to someone in Israel. Why will I do that? I hope you guys can track this people and make them pay.

Hi! It has been a week today and I have not received any kind of help. Why is so hard for you guys to resolve an issue that I did not have anything to do with. Someone hack my account made twelve unauthorized transactions. Everything was ship to Israel, I live in Puerto Rico, I know you can check that because my address was verified by your company. I tried to get in contact with you guys by phone, the answering machine send me to the website, then I went to the resolution center and every time I finish inputting the transaction information it says unable to connect "time out". I wrote fourteen messages in your messages for all twelve unauthorized transactions and that did not help. Now I'm receiving email from you stating that I owe money. You guys need to work on a new resolution center for your website or fix the problem. Thanks. I do need this issue solved asap.

This is a user forum.  We cannot see you PayPal account transactions and details.

Research about each transaction would be the first aciton.

One you have all availabe information relating to those transactions, then you would need to discuss them with a PayPal agent; it will require persistence and patience until you reach an agent who can help.  It will be a complex process.

why cant you just look up all these transactions and file dispute-unauthorised transaction.

I feel sorry for the sellers if they have already shipped the item,but they do have seller protection if the transacton is eligible for seller protection and they ship to the address on the notice

The OP is saying they can't go into the Resoluntion center because of some gateway problem:
