I was able to figure it out on my own. For some reason it was not accepting to transfer money to my bank. It did however let me transfer it to a card eventually. All is good now. To transfer to bank it would not remove the money or state the transfer kept on circling back to show my balance...for card transfer it actually functioned and sent. Happy Spring!
