Anyone else having this problem. I keep calling and going through all the prompts only to be disconnected every time before talking to anyone or getting any kind of answer. I also tried online, but my question does not fit any of the preset categories and I am unable to find a way to actually reach anyone or get any answer. Extremely frustrating.
