I tried to contact the customer service and nothing helps me there because I don't have a credit card nor debit card to pay with because i'm too young to have one and my only payment method that i prefer is Paypal Credit and whenever i go to pay it says "We cant complete you're purchase at this time" which is an error I get whenever i go to pay. However whenever I try to pay a friend it still doesn't send but it comes up with a different error that i've gotten before and it went away quicker when i got it before.
