I set up a new PayPal account a few days ago and linked it to my bank account. I then successfully sent $2,500 to a relative. Now I am trying to send another payment to another person and I am unable to do so. After I enter the name and amount all I see is a link asking me to set up a payment account. The bank account that is already set up does not appear. I don't get any error messages, just no link available to complete the transaction.
Is there a limit on how much I can send? Is there a limit to the number of transfers I can may in a time period? Do I need to wait a longer time after setting up a new account to be able to use it fully? The lack of any error messages doesn't give me a cluse as to what is going wrong.
