Hi there. Having a problem paying with my paypal balance at Ulta.com. The payment method keeps defaulting to a cc I had previously loaded on to Paypal. I do not want to use the cc. I want to pay with my Paypal balance (I have exponentially more than plenty in there.) Unfortunately when I try to pay using the Paypal button on Ulta.com, it will not allow me to use the Paypal balance and instead demands that I enter cc info. I went so far as to change my Paypal balance to be my preferred online payment method, and I deleted the cc from my Paypal, and it continues to demand that I enter new cc info and will not even give me the option to use my Paypal balance to pay. Thoughts?
