I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty you're having with withdrawal. If you're trying to withdraw to a debit card and the one that's currently linked in your wallet is not showing as an option, then the existing card is in some way not compatible with the withdrawal feature. The possibilities would then be to link a different card to see if it can be accepted for withdrawal, or to use a different withdrawal option.
