How do i transfer funds from paypal to a card or account? I click transfer funds it says instant .25 or 1-2 days free but when i link the card/account it says linked but then nothing happens???
My debit card is confirmed but it still doesn't allow me to do instant transfers to it. Only to my checking account. I was able to do it a few weeks ago and now suddenly the option is gone.
