Transfer from balance to bank account

I made a transfer from my paypal balance to my bank account and wasnt sure if you could edit the transaction if it still is pending.

There is no option to modify a transaction.

For urgent matters phone PayPal support within a couple minutes of initiating the transaction; it it could modified it would have to be done immediately.  Only PayPal support could tell you for sure.
