To remove bank account

hello guys....

I want to remove my banck account from my paypal but whenever i do so it says to me, "We are not able to process your request. Please try again later."

I dont know what to do now...

please give me any solution to this 

have anyone idea of removing this...???

I am having the same problem...This is a bank account which has no pending transactions too and I have another bank account as my primary. Keep getting the same error.
