I purchased a gift with my bank debit card via PayPal. I was notified by the bank of a security breach, that specific card was cancelled and a new debit card issued. I had to return the gift, the store said the credit would go to PayPal, yet it doesn't appear. According to my bank the card is still associated with me, my name, just not allowed to be used. The credit isn't on my PayPal or bank account. Any ideas of what happened?
