Anyone else having this issue? items were sold on Ebay but my PP acct says 0 balance? I have never seen this before in 10 years.
It is still the old amount without the new money ?
did you state immediate payment required with your Paypal email address?
did youget an email from Paypal?
Yes I have been selling on ebay for 10 years so the account is set up accordingly. And I did get an email from Paypal re payment..but still says 0 balance.
do you have an amount which will be retained at the moment?
I am thinking it's an eBay issue. I just had someone send me a few $'s to see if it would show up and it did..So one of two things is the problem.
It was paid by an Echack and maybe funds are being held
or Ebay has a glitch.
echeck would take days to clear,you should be notified when it does.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
