I printed a shipping label for a package to be delivered to Australia.

HOWEVER.  I set somewhere and forgot about it.  Is there a way to get a refund? To reprint and use?

Hello @amberrwarner! In terms of getting a refund for the shipping costs, you would have to contact the shipping carrier themselves as that's where your payment goes to.

Although, if you're looking to reprint the shipping label, here's how:

  1. Login into your PayPal account at PayPal.
  2. Click "Activity" at the top of the page.
  3. Find the PayPal payment for which you created a label through. You can search for it by using the search features at the top of the page to help you.
  4. Click on the transaction and you will be taken to the "Transaction details" page.
  5. Click the "Reprint Label link."
  6. Click "Print Label" and you're done!

Although, if you used the MultiOrder Shipping tool for multiple orders, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account at PayPal.
  2. Go to PayPal.com/Shipping and click on "MultiOrder Shipping" in the middle of the page.
  3. Visit the Shipment history tab in the tool and reprint the individual label, or you can reprint the whole batch of labels together by selecting the bulk action.
