Setting up payment via website button

Hello. I believe I have completed all aspects of setting up my PayPal account for my business. My webdesigner successfully added my two Add to Cart payment buttons to my website, but I'm getting what seems like an automated message to set up my paymnet type, which includes 2 options, one which is having payment buttons on my site.
When I look, it all seems like it's done but I have recieved the message twice and can't see what else I need to do. This is all very new to me and I'd sure like to find some help. Is there not a pay pal customer service number to speak to a human?
