Hi everybody! I've sent a large amount of money from my American Paypal account to my Italian account. On my American one it says "completed - denied - money sent". I never received it on my Italian account, even though I've sent it on Sep 12th and it was supposed to arrive on my Italian account Sep23th. Can somebody please help me? Both accounts are verified (email, account, phone number etc.!).
Each PayPal account is to be used in the country where it was opened. If you are accessing one of the accounts as a foreign you will likely expected consequences.
You may need to phone PayPal support for information on this transaction.
My guess is that the money will eventually be returned as the transfer was denied.
You would need to go through customer support for assistance - as this is a peer to peer community, it's not possible to look into user account info through this public forum.
