If I send money to someone what information do they get from it . Is it my email or phone? Can you put it on private. Thank you

Hi Devon89,
Good question - when you send money to another person, they can always see your full name as it appears on PayPal (unless you have a business account, which then shows your business name), as well as your email. If you are purchasing for goods or services, they can also see your full shipping address. There isn't a way to block this information at this time, but you could create an email specifically for PayPal and set it as primary to have this show up for all your transactions instead.
