Hi please help me fix the problem with my account in paypal.I tried adding back account and withdrawing but I'm having errors saying it needs more information. and I tried sending paypal to paypal but it said I cannot at this time. I created a new account with a much more complete detailed information. can you please assist me on transfering it?
